The leadership retreat offers several ways to present your chapter to your fellow leaders, including the popular 57/57 skits and the chapter display tables.
Welcome reception and 57/57
As part of the retreat’s welcome reception on Thursday evening, each chapter will have 60 seconds to present or perform something memorable about itself and introduce this year’s delegates. This is a chance to show off your talent—or audacity!
When?
57/57 will occur during the opening night reception when you’ll be asked to put down the cocktail, be attentive and enjoy your colleagues’ skits. One short intermission will allow us to replenish food, beverage and conversation before the skits resume.
How?
Here’s your opportunity to take the stage and employ props, signs, singing, dancing, acting, creativity and theatrics—all are welcome!
What about technology?
Digital music files must be in MP3 format only! No slides, no digital presentations and no CDs. Note: Downloads from iTunes are typically MP4s and password-protected; we cannot use MP4s.
Send your MP3 file to mp3@aiga.org by Monday, June 18. All files will be loaded onto one iPod before the retreat. If you are unable to send your file, you can bring your own iPod.

Chapter display tables
Bring the best examples of what your chapter has done in the past year to share with others.
Display tables will be located in the Americana 3 Ballroom (which is also the location of the general sessions). You will have half of a draped eight-foot long table; materials may not be attached to the walls. Bring easels and any other supplies needed to set up your display.

The hotel will accept materials beginning Thursday, June 14. There is a storage/delivery fee of $5.00 per box.
The hotel will hold boxes for return shipment on Monday, June 25.
All boxes labeled as above will be delivered to the Americana 3 by Thursday, June 21 at 8:00 a.m. for setup. You will need to ensure that your display is completely dismantled and packed by 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23.
