The 2007 leadership retreat will be held at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel from Thursday, June 21 through Saturday, June 23.
Hotel information
The special AIGA rate at the Loews Miami Beach is $229 per room, per night. To make reservations, call 877 563 9762 and ask for the "AIGA leadership retreat" group block.
The cut-off date for reservations is WEDNESDAY, MAY 16, 2007. Reservations made after May 16 will be taken by the hotel on a space and rate available basis. To avoid room/tax penalties, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.

Ground transportation
Shared van service: Super Shuttle (305 871 2000) provides transportation between the airport and the Loews Miami Beach. Tickets are $19 one-way and travel-time is roughly 30 minutes. Shuttle pick up location at the airport is outside baggage claim, curbside on the lower level.
Taxi: One-way fares are approximately $30.
Car rental: Avis Rent A Car has reduced rates for the retreat. Make your reservation online or call 800 331 1600 and be sure to mention AWD number J770134 to receive the maximum discount.
